Christoph Krautheim opened a porcelain decorating shop in Selb in 1884. Richard Adelberg, his brother-in-law, joined the business in 1889. The shop decorated porcelain blanks made by other companies. In 1912 Krautheim & Adelberg began making porcelain. The factory closed in 1979. The mark on your vase was used from about 1922 until 1945.
